I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. My car was damaged in June, and what should have been a straightforward insurance claim turned into a two-month ordeal of pictures, phone calls, emails, and repeated follow-ups. My car was never repaired. After finally scheduling a date to drop it off, I was suddenly told the appointment was canceled because they were not BMW certified. That is something that should have been determined on day one—not after wasting two months of my time. Poor communication, poor organization, and an unacceptable waste of my time. I would not recommend this company.

Dustin and his team are absolute professionals in a pretty terrible industry. I've never worked with a body shop that truly cared so much about their customers satisfaction, let alone, put the work in the achieve it. My insurance company tried to cheap out on parts and the overall repair. A-1 ensured my repair was done properly and with the proper parts. It's refreshing to work with a shop that is proud of the work they do for their customers and are concerned with doing it the right way. Most shops will just get the work done to get it done and send you on your way. That's just not the way A-1 does business. The industry is and has been in a very sad state due to greedy and corrupt insurance companies but A-1 gave me hope.

The entire experience was very professional. My car was done perfectly and ahead of the estimated completion day. I will recommend A-1 Body and Frame to anyone! Completely satisfied. Great Company! Jay and his team were fabulous!

After what I was sure was going to be a costly insurance claim, requiring a new bumper and grill, Jay was able to reattach the existing parts of my Accord quickly and easily. I panicked and thought the worst, but Jay assured me, it was not as bad as it seemed. I'm so incredibly thankful for not only the great work A-1 has done and the headache they saved me, but the kindness I was shown by the staff. Jay absolutely saved the day (and my wallet). I could not recommend A-1 enough.

I can't even express how happy I am with the repair done on my 2016 Honda Accord Sport Coupe. Jay Feller is awesome to work with and dealt with the insurance company of the woman that backed into my parked car. The photos speak for themselves. Thank you Jay and everyone at A1 Body and Frame. Paint match is perfection and the alignment is perfect once again. Highly recommend A1 Body and Frame.
